One apartment on the first floor (45 sq m/each) are made up of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and 1 triple room and 1 double-room.

One apartment on the first floor (45 sq m/each) are made up of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower 2 double-rooms.

Two apartments on the second floor (30 sq m /each) are made up of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and one double-room.

One Double-Room (15 sq m) with a bathroom and a shower.

The restoration of the old farmhouse is a good example of how modern comfort can be achieved while still respecting the traditional architectural structure. The stone and brick walls together with the wooden beam floors helped to create a very efficient plumbing and heating system. The house is heated true radiant pipes under the floor. This gives a nice warmth without having ugly radiators in the room. The biggest part of the year this system is powered by solar panels. The wooden frames with shutters that can be closed from the inside are identical to the original ones but of better quality. The rooms are almost entirely furnished with antiques.
