Two apartments on the ground floor (55 sq m/each). They have been built eliminating every type of architectural barrier. The flats are made up of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and 1 triple room and 1 double-room.

One apartment on the first floor (45 sq m/each) are made up of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and 1 triple room and 1 double-room.

One apartment on the first floor (45 sq m/each) are made up of an entrance, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower 2 double-rooms.

Two apartments on the second floor (30 sq m /each) are made up of a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and one double-room.

One Double-Room (15 sq m) with a bathroom and a shower.

The restoration works on the old farmhouse have been done maintaining the former architectural structure and furnishing the rooms with every modern comfort.
The stone and brick walls together with the wooden beam floors help to create a very efficient plumbing and heating system. In fact heating is guaranteed, for almost all the year, by solar panels and it is radiated in every apartment by radiant pipes into the floor. Wooden doors and windows have been rebuilt in the same original way of the old ones but improving their quality. All the rooms are almost completely furnished with antiques.
